Even in a pandemic, I have to admit, 2020 was a pretty great year. We welcomed 10 healthy puppies into the world and sent them to the most amazing homes a breeder could ask for, introduced Rhyme to our pack (White collar Girl), moved to a new home with plenty of space for the dogs and humans to run and a pond to swim in, visited our friends at Timberdoodle Weimaraners in Michigan a few (but never enough!) times, hunted in Minnesota and New York, and traveled to Ardmore, Oklahoma for the Weimaraner Club of America National Field Trial in December.
The slideshow in my mind includes long road trips (which I love!), blue skies, great friends, and great dogs. It really doesn't get any better.
And a few brags on our pups, because they made me so, so proud this year!

I was also fortunate enough to bring both Wyatt (Teal Boy) and Blair (Green Girl) from the Dash x Sally litter to the NFT in Ardmore, and handled them both in Field Futurity and Derby. Their people are Canadian, so only the pups were able to cross the border! Wyatt, who lives with co-breeder and friend April Mallon) took FIRST in the Field Futurity and Blair earned a JAM in the Derby! To top it off, we were joined by brother Huck (Orange Boy) and Wendy, who did a fantastic job in both the Futurity and Derby!
